Picture Permit Registration Confirmation

Thank you for registering for the USPS Picture Permit™ Indicia program. If you have a Mailing Permit Account, download the Application for Picture Permit, PS Form 3615-A from this confirmation page and follow the next step in the process. A PS Form 3615-A must be submitted for each permit that will be used for a USPS Picture Permit™ Indicia.

If you do not have a Mailing Permit Account, you must first apply for and receive an approved Mailing Permit before you can complete the Picture Permit Application.
